 Valdez is a premier fishing destination - some of the largest fish
caught in Alaska are reeled in from Prince William Sound on Valdez
based charter boats. Depending on the time of year, you can fish
for salmon or halibut. Our sport fishing seasons are as follows:
Winter King Salmon - February through June
Halibut - May through September
Pink Salmon - mid-June through July
Silver Salmon - mid-July through August
